RMTD Service Alerts

Attention Passengers:

Due to an event at the Coronado on Friday, July 3, 2026, Main Street and Wyman Street will be closed between Jefferson Street and Park Street from approximately 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. During this closure, RMTD services will follow temporary detour routes to maintain service. The Trolley Northbound will travel via Jefferson, Court, and Park before returning to Main Street. The Trolley Southbound will detour from Church Street to Mulberry Street and then Main Street. Route 31 Rockford Auburn outbound service will detour from the Downtown Transfer Center via State Street, Winnebago Street, Park Street, and Main Street before resuming regular service.

Attention Passengers:

Broadway is currently detoured between East of 7th Street and West of 13th Street due to route adjustments.
City Loop North (#16) will follow a temporary route from Broadway, turning left on 13th Street, right on 15th Avenue, right on 7th Street, then left on Broadway to continue service.
City Loop South (#17) will follow a temporary route from Broadway, turning right on 7th Street, left on 15th Avenue, left on 13th Street, then right on Broadway to continue service.
Please allow extra travel time and follow posted detour signs while the temporary routing is in place.
