The RMTD East Side Transfer Center has a state-of-the-art community room available for rent during the hours the Transfer Center is open.  The community room will accommodate up to 50 people seated in either a classroom or auditorium setting. For profit/business rates:

• $100.00 for the first 4 hours of use.
• $10.00 per hour charge for each hour thereafter

Not for profit rates:

• $25.00 for first 8 hours of use
• $10.00 per hour each hour thereafter

• Mon/Fri  8:00 a.m.- 4:30 P.M.
• Sat/Sun   Not Open
• Evenings  Not Available (4:30 P.M. – 10:00 P.M.
