Community Room Rental
PLEASE NOTE: THE COMMUNITY ROOM IS USED FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES ONLY.
The RMTD East Side Transfer Center has a state-of-the-art community room available for rent during the hours the Transfer Center is open. The community room will accommodate up to 50 people seated in either a classroom or auditorium setting. For more information, please contact Erin Jenkins @ 815.961.9000 or ejenkins@rmtd.org. The room rental rates are as follows:
For profit/business rates:
- $100.00 for the first 4 hours of use.
- $10.00 per hour charge for each hour thereafter
Not for profit rates:
- $25.00 for first 8 hours of use
- $10.00 per hour each hour thereafter
Hours of operation:
- Mon/Fri 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 P.M.
- Sat/Sun Not Open
- Evenings Not Available (4:30 P.M. – 10:00 P.M.
